Submitting a Return

Before submitting a return, call our office at 573-202-2070. We would like the opportunity to discuss your concerns, prepare your Return Authorization, and guide you in preparing your shipment.

Complete packages and items purchased individually will receive a refund for the purchase price if they are received within 90 days from date of purchase in new, undamaged, and resalable condition. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Coupons redeemed on the original order will be considered when issuing a refund.

The refunded amount is credited back using the original payment method. Refunds will be processed once we receive your returned items. Banks can take additional time to process the credit to your account.

Electronic MediaElectronic media (ie: CDs) that are not in the original unopened factory packaging cannot be refunded.

Shipping Your Return

Pack the items being returned in a sturdy box with plenty of packing materials (not newspaper) to protect the product from damage during shipping. Enclose a copy of your Return Authorization to expedite the returns process.

Returns received without a Return Authorization will take longer to process.

Please use the address label provided with your Return Authorization. If you are unable to print your Return Authorization, please include your Full Name, Address, Email Address, Phone Number, and Return Authorization Number inside your package.

We suggest that you ship your package by UPS or FedEx. Small packages may be returned through the U.S.Mail (USPS). Consider insuring the package for its full value as you are responsible should the item be damaged or lost during the return shipment.
